Nursery Fees & Funding Information

 Fees:

  • Full Day: £83.00

  • Half Day: £52.50

    • Morning Session: 7:30am – 1:00pm

    • Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 6:30pm

The nursery is open 51 weeks per year, closing only for the Christmas period and Bank holidays, which are still chargeable.

All fees are payable one full month in advance and can be made via standing order, bank transfer (recommended), cash, cheque, or childcare vouchers.

Fees are calculated using the following formula:

£83.00 or £52.50 × (number of days attended per week) × 52 weeks / 12 months

Notice Period:

In the event of withdrawal under exceptional circumstances, a minimum of four weeks’ written notice must be given to the nursery manager.

What’s Included:

All fees are inclusive of:

  • Nappies

  • Wipes

  • All meals, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day


Government Funding

15-Hour Universal Funding:

  • Available to all children from the term after their 3rd birthday

  • We offer a stretched model across 51 weeks, which equates to 11 funded hours per week

  • There is an additional charge of £3.50 per meal for funded hours

30-Hour Extended Funding:

  • Eligible families may receive up to 30 hours of funding

  • Under the stretched model, this equates to 22 funded hours per week over 51 weeks

  • Meal charges of £3.50 per meal apply

  • Consumables charges of £7 per session

Meal Policy:
If your child is attending during the nursery’s designated lunch or dinner period and you choose not to use our meal service:

  • You must collect your child during the mealtime

  • They may return after one hour

  • Packed lunches are not permitted due to allergy risks and limited storage


Additional Charges

To support the quality and enrichment of our provision, a consumables charge applies:

  • £7.00 per half-day session
    This covers:

    • Snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit

    • Higher than required staff-to-child ratios

    • Enhanced staff qualifications and training (e.g. Paediatric First Aid)

    • Online Learning journals 

    • French and sports lessons

    • Resources for the children’s learning such as paint, glue, paper, card, sticking materials, pens, pencils, crayons, bubbles. 

Optional Meals: £3.50 per meal (applies to funded sessions only)
